Installé en Beaujolais en 2017, en conversion bio et biodynamique depuis mon installation. J'ai un petit domaine de 3.5 Ha et je travaille - presque - tout au cheval. Nous faisons aussi accueil au domaine...
Vinification aussi nature que possible, cuvée "Sous le Sabot", "Sabot Age" et Morgon.
Mes parcelles et les prés pour les chevaux (Rosie) sont sur les hauteurs de Villié-Morgon, mon cuvage à Morgon, ma maison à Villié proche du centre (tous commerces à pied à 2 min). Très beau coin.
Pour les activités :
Au cheval : vignes à décavaillonner, griffer en douceur pour ne pas trop perturber le sol, soin
A la vigne : taille jusque fin mars, traitements bio et biodynamie (500P, 501, décoctions prêle), palissage, divers autres (vendanges bien sûr mi septembre environ), pioche...
Au cuvage : vinification en septembre/octobre, étiquetage des bouteilles
Anciennement agronome en appui aux petits producteurs en Afrique et en Asie (riz, thé, café, bambou, poivre, banane...), pour des ONG de développement.
Je parle français et anglais bilingue, un peu : espagnol, allemand, vietnamien, cambodgien...
Logement à la maison, tout confort !

My parcels and meadows for horses (Rosie) are on the heights of Villié-Morgon, my cuvage in Morgon, my house in Villié near the center (all shops on foot 2 min). Very nice place.
For activities:
Horse: vines clean, scratch gently to avoid disturbing the soil, care
In the vineyard: pruning until the end of March, organic and biodynamic treatments (500P, 501, plants decoctions), trellising, various others (harvest of course mid-September)
In the cuvage: cleaning of the cuvage, bottle labeling, then crazy activity from mid-September to end of October
Formerly agronomist in support of small producers in Africa and Asia (rice, tea, coffee, bamboo, pepper, banana ...), for development NGOs.
I speak fluent english, some german, spanish, and even vietnamese and khmer...
